They returned to install what appears to be the same screens that didn't fit. Only 5 of 21 screens fit properly. When I pointed it out to Dell, he became offensive and condescending, to the point where I had to tell at him to just fix the screens. They ended up adding some type of gasket to keep bugs from coming in. If I hadn't pointed it out, they would have installed screens that didn't fit. Some had at least a 1/2 inch gap. Take your business elsewhere. These people are horrible.
