  • I don't like giving poor ratings but I need to be transparent. This company launched a deal through FB that included 1200 sqft for $89. At best, my odd space area was about 1600 sqft (generous measures). I anticipated paying maybe double the deal at $180. The team arrived, looked at my floor, commented on the level of dirt and the possible need for solution to lift the dirt. I agreed, but didn't realize how much the solution would cost (I shouldve asked). All the equipment were brought in and they began to clean one area, commented on the need for the solution and that the price would now be 300! They were already in my home and beginning work...I felt corned by the approach. Now, if the magic $120 solution (up charge difference) actually took out all the stains, I'd be ok. But, it didn't! Just word of caution for any of you considering going with this company. Something to consider.
