This is one of my least favorite Food Fight locations-- ok, except for Cooper's, which I really hate-- although I think that might have something to do with the fact that I've never had breakfast here. The breakfasts that I've seen coming out look really tasty.
+ A very nice space with classic diner fixtures.
+ Like all FF joints, the management and service is really a notch above. Extremely friendly and accommodating.
- No appetizers. I guess they want to turn tables?
- A grilled cheese with olive tapenade just didn't work. Too much cheese (something I thought I'd never say!), too much grease, and a flavor combination that missed the mark.
- Mediocre burger. Nice size. Nice condiments. Bland, overcooked burgers. I've complained about FF's refusal to cook burgers to order before and I received a very reasonable response, but it doesn't change the fact that the burgers come out dry. I should probably stop ordering them.
- To my mind a diner should be open 24/7.
