  • I really judge a place by its willingness to step up when they screw up! I ate last night at Pei Wei at the Summit in North Scottsdale, had Orange Peel Chicken & spent the night with all the AWFUL symptoms of food poisoning. I tried calling the mgr all morning. No one picked up until 11:30. I called their corporate office,told someone my issue @she put me into the "we're very busy..." Vm. No call back. Finally I reached the location mgr. Of course, "it's just not possible". Yea right! Tell that to my toilet!!
