  • Needed a hitch installed and scheduled it over the phone. My car was brought in at the scheduled time and U-Haul employees said they didn't have the part and the staff were available to install the part. The installation was rescheduled for 11 days later and again the part was not available nor were the staff prepared for the installation. The employee offered to go pick up the part across Phoenix right there, but at this point we asked for a refund because this should have already taken care of. The employee and general manager showed little interest in our complaint and the fact that we were unhappy with the service. I wouldn't recommend this location.
