  • I went in yesterday because I had a tension headache that was killing my pinched nerve. Dr. Loovas assessed me and asked questions about my pregnancy before moving forward. He was able to adjust my neck and back beautifully. I left feeling better and like an almost new woman, still had the headache, but not as bad. I swear it was not even 30 minutes after my adjustment and my headache was completely gone. When I get tension headaches they can last from 12-36 hours. I'm completely sold and grateful for the instant relief. I will continue to be adjusted throughout my pregnancy and after.
