  • Worst experience! Tech and office were dishonest about what happened. They said specific work was completed when I show on my home video camera/security system that they were in my crawl space for less than 2 minutes. Very difficult to work with. The tech did not follow directions or requests from us then he got a bad attitude when I asked him to adjust it. To make matters worse, they lied to my homeowners insurance company so the insurance refused to pay my claim. Do not use!
