  • I brought in 4 suits to be altered and was quoted 2 weeks for them to be finished. I was suppose to get a call with a price later that day but I didn't get one so I had to call. Two weeks past & I didn't get a call so I called to see if they were ready & they weren't. I kept having to call & check up on them so it was a little frustrating. I came in two different times to pick them up cause only two were ready. Although I had to wait twice as long for them to be finished & I had to keep checking up on them they were very apologetic about everything & thanked me for my patience & gave me a discount. So I left happy & was satisfied with the way my suits fit. I even asked if they can add pockets to one of my pants suits & they did & it looks flawless. All the ladies there are really nice & the facility is very clean.
