  • Had an appointment with the Genius Bar today. However, the kid who checked me in did not show the appointment in his I-Pad. So, guess what... I didn't get to speak to anyone regarding the issue with my computer. Their solution; you can wait for two hours as a walk-in or... you guessed it.... make another appointment. Glad non of these Geniuses work for me.
