So glad to have this place in the neighbourhood. Despite being touted as many as the 'hipster' bar, I assure you it's non-pretentious and filled with lots of different people.
Drink prices are quite reasonable and there are lots of fun cocktails.
Events vary a lot and include DJs (new wave night or other niche themes like Dolly Parton) and Sunday Night karaoke which is a favourite. On the right half there are two old-school blowing lanes with wood pins. I suggest sitting in the left half if you're sensitive to noise, but most of the times I've been no one was bowling.
New this year: outside seating (aka terrasse) and a new kitchen (Resto NBD serving perogies, sausage, grilled cheese, Mac n cheese etc.)
It's also a queer friendly spot, with diverse staff and non-gendered single stall washrooms, in case you were wondering.
