  • People were very nice and helpful! I am not a Subaru expert by any means. I am moving to the UK and needed something practical to take with me. We were pretty much in and out, usual haggling as is done during any vehicle purchase. Our salesman was not in on the day we picked up the vehicle so we were helped by someone else, not an issue he was helpful and knew the product. Only issue, now remember I am not a Subaru expert, I asked the difference between the 18 and the 17 I was getting? I was assured that the 17 that I am getting is exactly the same, it was the new model that debuted in the summer of 17, updated etc. yea that's not the case, its a 17 thru and thru! Guess I should not have taken their word! I'll shoulder a little blame for not double checking! Doesn't make it a bad vehicle, just expectation vs reality! Is what it is I guess!
