  • Extremely unorganized and understaffed. We have been waiting for over 20min and still do not have our ice cream. We are watching the people who ordered after us get their orders before us. There are 16 people here waiting and one person working. Update Got tired of waiting after about 30min and asked for a refund but the person working did not know how to process it on their computer....still waiting... Update #2 45 min waiting..2nd employee shows up and also does not know how to process a credit card refund so I asked him "why is this taking so long?" He replied that they were out of the ice cream we ordered. I asked "Do you think that you should have told us that 45min ago so we could choose a different flavor?" We went ahead and chose a different flavor that they had available and they put the ice cream between two burnt cookies......Thanks Management needs to work with these employees and train them on customer service. Thankfully there are plenty of other places to get ice cream in Gilbert.
