  • I lived here for about 3 month now and I am very pleased . Yes upon my move in I had filthy old carpet and rusted old dishwasher . The management took my health concerns seriously and I got a beautiful new carpet . One week later I got a Brand new dishwasher . Victor and maintenance Crew work around the clock to fix everything . My bathtub was unclogged within a day or 2 . The property is taken care of and they just painted handicap parking areas. Loren ,Destiny and management always try to help me considering they are very busy . Way to go being so patient! I love my big balcony and green tree with a shade . I use the pool on my days off . Location is great , close to shops and green valley casino . As far as cleanness on the property its up to us renters to pick up the trash after ourselves , clean after our own pets and not spit and spill.... Just address your concerns to the management and they will try to help you and make you happy !
