  • As promised by one of the people at this hotel they were going to comp my resort fee because the heater didn't work. As I was checking out they said they never said that. Jennifer the manager who has terrible manners. Told me she wasn't going to help me with the problem and hung up on me. She also wouldn't give me her last name but gave me her boss full name. I think someone needs to talk to her as I will be calling above her.
