  • If you get your budget rental car form the PHX airport be prepared to wait. I reserved a car and waited over an HOUR to get the car. Horrible customer service and if you don't want to be frustrated as you are traveling, I would not recommend booking here. Staffing should not be the customers issue. I would have gladly paid more to get an hour of my life back.
