  • My boyfriend and I switched to sprint end of March. The rep there told us we would each receive $650 a line to pay off our phones we were turning in from Verizon. At no time did She mention to us that we only had two months to apply for the rebate. I waited on my last bill from Verizon which took over 30 days then tried multiple times to upload pdf files of the bill to sprints clean slate site and have been denied three times because the system didn't understand the bills that were uploaded. Do not switch to sprint the "clean slate" promotion is a scam and there is no customer service to help when you need them. I returned to the same store and spoke to another rep there and he told me I had to go online to apply and that they couldn't help in the store. So frustrating I've wasted over $1500 and sprint's service is subpar to Verizon's.
