  • I recommend Discount Tire, but I don't recommend this location. Will not return due to the inadequate level of customer service. I hate to say that about a company who has never failed to exceed my expectations at other locations, but it took 5 days of run around and this shop failed to deliver. I had to call 3 times and talk to 3 different reps simply to get a tire ordered. Nobody would set an appointment for me over the phone, even though I asked several times. I walked in, and every salesman completely avoided eye contact with me, except for one, who apprehensively said it would be a few minutes. During my wait, I was watching a rep was working with an upset customer, and I saw him roll his eyes several times during and after their conversation. Not cool. Not the level of service you usually see at Discount. I waited for almost an hour for someone to help me, only to be told it would be another 4-5 hours for the install. I ended up calling another Discount in Gilbert, and had them go get the tire and install it. Again, this review is just for this shop in Chandler. I've never had a problem with any other location.
