  • My review is for Ernesto. Ive never been to the facility but he told me this is where he usually is. I was going to donate blood at a blood drive last friday and I was very scared and nervous. He walked me through everything and made me feel very comfortable. He told me what to expect. Unfortunetely, I wasnt able to donate because of low iron but I was so glad when he told me that it was okay because they had received a lot of donations already that day. If I ever go to donate blood it will be with Ernesto for sure.
