They totally destroyed my car. I had an issue with them a while back where they replaced a part that didn't need to be replaced. We disputed that charge with Discover & won the case. I only took it back there for an oil change since I was at the dentist very close by. I didn't think
anything would happen with an oil change, but I was wrong. When I went back, they got all
dramatic & said the drain plug wasn't the right size & now my oil pan needed to be replaced for $400. I told them to put the car back together so that I could leave. He (Mikey) said if he did that my engine could blow up - scare tactics. What they didn't realize is that THEY just recently put in a new oil pan so they replaced it free of charge. He told me my car would be ready before 5 so I brought back the car rental & after I did he told me he needed it another day which left me without a car. He said they had to remove the transmission to get to the oil pan. After the oil pan was done, my transmission went out. I'm sure they damaged it while doing the oil pan repair. I took it to the Craig Rd. location & he did the transmission for 1/2 price. I should not have had to pay anything & I am taking them to court regarding that. It's so obvious that my transmission went out because it was damaged during the oil pan repair. The transmission was not done properly & because of that, my air conditioner went out which cost me another $1,000. One of their own mechanics told me that it was definitely caused by the poor transmission repair. My car was working fine before I took it in for the oil change that day. Now there are all kinds of noises to where I can only drive my car locally. If I have to drive any further, I will always need to rent a car. I was also told that now my car needs another $800 worth of work. Very interesting since it was fine before the oil change. Stay far, far away from this place. Read the other reviews. I'm not the only one they did this to. I hear that there may be a class action lawsuit against them as well because of all the people they do these kinds of things to. You're better off going to the dealership. True it may seem more expensive at first, but not so in the long run. It cost me over $4,000 when it was only supposed to be a $10 oil change. In addition, I now have to pay for a car rental every time I have to drive out of the area.
