  • Had purchased a Groupon for a massage from Maryann massage. Book appointment was well aware of 24-hour cancellation policy however an emergency came up with my job in which I had to go to work call Maryann as soon as I heard about emergency at work and she was very unhelpful to even do anything to compensate or to rearrange the time only option that I was given was that if time slot was filled that I can reuse the Groupon otherwise I was Sol, I would never recommend a company that has no desire to work with you when emergency arises just take your money and run have a great day
