A nice difference! I have been looking for a trustworthy place to take my Jeep for service and I finally found that place. Everything about CBA is a game-changer. The moment you walk in the decor is nothing like you would expect at an automotive business, it reminded of a fancy Dr's office. There was an iRobot cleaning the floors and very comfortable leather seats and a couch in the waiting area. Free WiFi - always appreciated. I met Randy the owner, and spent almost the entire time speaking with him, as if we had known each other for years. He's a very nice guy and has definitely earned my business. They took me out into the shop to look under my vehicle as the oil change was being performed and pointed out a few areas of concern, that I could actually see. If you ever go to dealerships or other automotive places you know they never let you see what they are doing and always suggest a lot of extra work you need, with CBA, it was right there in front of me. I liked that! I had a completely different experience and can't recommend them enough. After I paid and got back in my Jeep they left a cold bottle of water and a new air freshener for me. A subtle thing that increases the overall customer experience. The oil change was $69.99 for synthetic, which is more than I normally pay, but I realized they do buy 3 and get your 4th oil change free, so over time that brings the price down and makes it a more competitive cost.
