  • Bought a tube of paint for a small art project but when I got home it was the wrong shade. The lighting in the store and my home are different thus not quite the right shade of aqua green. No problem, I went back to HL, bringing a pillow with me to match the exact color. Found the correct color; did the exchange, and went back home. I got all set up to paint the art project, opened the paint and it was hard as a rock. Yup, the paint was all dried out. Completely Unusable!!!! Doesn't HL have employees rotating and checking inventory so this doesn't happen. I've never had this problem with Aaron Brothers or Michaels.
