  • Tried a rack of ribs from the food truck this past week and was very disappointed. I think the problem was the sauce. When the guy handed the bones to me he squirted some cold BBQ sauce on top. The sauce wasn't cooked onto the ribs to allow for good adhesion and sauce tasted overwhelmingly of vinegar and wasn't at all sweet as I would have expected. The guys working on the truck were nice though. I may try them again in the future, but will get something that costs less because I totally wasted $26 plus a generous tip on food I ended up throwing away.
