  • After requesting a quote, Bill contacted me for an appointment to give an accurate estimate for my 700 sq ft of carpet (4 bedrooms, 2 common spaces, hallways). During the initial quote, he educated me on carpet care, his cleaning methods, and price ranges. We agreed that for the soil level, the comprehensive package for $250 would be best. He was never pushy or eager about his services and assured me he would be doing the work himself. The actual cleaning job took about 2.5 hours (started at 1pm) and the carpet was only slightly damp after the service. By the next morning, the carpet was completely dry. The quality of customer service that Bill provides is truly unparalleled. He is cordial, upfront, and diligent. This is the only carpet cleaning company I plan on using in the future.
