rev:text	Terrible! I've been to this restaurant before and it wasn't ever this bad in service. We're not from Las Vegas and when we feel like Vietnamese food, we go here so we thought we would do the same thing this time. Big mistake and a waste of money! First off, the wait was an hour long which is not a problem but the young lady in charge of this process was overwhelmed and doesn't seem to have this organized. While she seats people, new customers walking in the door were just grabbing the sign-in sheet on their own and writing their name on it, absolutely no organized fashion. People were on top of each other. Next, food took some time to get out. Second, we didn't get refill on our water. Third, when we got the bill, they charged us for steamed rice ($6!) on dishes that should come with rice. Why would you charge extra on rice if the dishes come with rice?? They were nickel and dime-ing on everything. Fourth, when we gave our credit card to pay the bill, the waiter asked us, "how much tip should I add on here?" What?? Who does that?? Shouldn't tips be optional and up to the customer on how much they want to add..AT THEIR DISCRETION??? So feeling cornered, we said 15% is fine. When we got the credit card receipt back to sign, the waiter rounded up the 15% into whole dollar...HE TOOK UPON HIMSELF TO WRITE IN THE TIP, rounding up! The worse service ever and I feel like they want to charge you for every little thing possible to make money. Needless to say, we're not coming back. If there was zero star, I would put that.
