I went to Happy Tails everytime I needed to board my dog for almost 5 years. Then they raised the prices significantly without giving me any notice at all. What kind of customer appreciation is that? No courtesy at all. I came to pick up my dog and the prices had skyrocketed, I asked why the total was so high and the manager just said, "Oh, we raised our prices." I just thought being a loyal customer for years I would receive more consideration.
