  • I went to this salon for a color/highlights and cut. I am giving them 3 stars because my complaints are about as numerous as my compliments. I loved my haircut, and the highlighting was pretty good, but a bit blocky at the front. I was also very happy with the conditioning treatment that left my hair feeling amazing for the next couple of days! What bothered me was the customer service and price. I spent 3 hours there (I expected to spend half that) and almost $200 (again, I expected to spend about half that). For such a high cost, I would expect near perfection. On top of that, not once during all that time was I offered so much as a water or magazine to read. Where I used to go before I moved, I got the same thing done for about $150 and sipped on cappuccinos as I waited. I was barely talked to at all and had to initiate conversation most of the time. It wouldn't bother me so much, except all the staff were visiting with each other instead of their clients. None of these issues were very big deals, but again for the money I paid them I would hope to be treated a little less like an inconvenience.
