  • Awesome food truck! I work right across from the Phoenix Public Market, where Food Truck Friday is held every week. I don't usually go to the food trucks since there aren't many gf options. Last week I went with a friend and stopped at Emerson to get a Sedona Sunset...which was amazing. I mentioned that I am gluten free & the owner told me they could bring gf fry bread if they have advanced notice. I messaged them on Thursday & they brought it this past Friday. It was amazing! I had it with beans and cheese. And of course another Sedona Sunset! :)
