  • The first time I came here was about two years ago. I made a beautiful heart - string board craft. The first time was a lot of fun and was really excited to go back today to do some crafting. Today my experience wasn't that great. The place wasn't busy when I arrived, yet I wasn't greeted or acknowledged by anyone. Once I selected a craft, another string board craft, I was surprised to see how the quality of the craft changed. Before, the nails were already on the board, and all I needed to do was weave the string around the heart. Today, I had to do everything; trace the outline, nail in the nails and then weave the string along the nails. And the quality of the board was awful. After I did everything, the board ended up looking like a kid did it. I'd much rather have had the nails already assembled. I'm not sure if I'd return.
