  • If I could leave a zero star review I would. As a local, I was shocked when I went into the Windmill/LV Blvd "office" to pick up my full sized unlimited miles rental. Since I live in Vegas they tried to charge an extra $100 on a 4-day rental with unlimited miles! NO THANK YOU! So I called Expedia (whom I booked through). They called Ace. After 40 minutes: NOTHING! Booked a rental through FOX, just down the street and it was actually cheaper! The office staff were condescending to the point of being rude...a real acehole. Ticked me off. The only positive was the shuttle driver. AVOID ACE!
