We have been going there for about 8 months and our last 3 visits the petite young lady, who is very tiny has a great big attitude, like she does not want to us to be there. She is very rude and un-welcoming. She needs to get a better attitude, to be friendly, and to at act like you want the customers to be there. Brand new facility and free drinks do not make a good nail salon. First impressions are everything. With 5 to 6 salons around the block from them, someone needs to be trained on customer service. I called and spoke to the so-called manager and he was no help. i asked fir the owners name and just got a bunch of excuses. I don't know why it days I Live in Ft. Pierce Florida, I do not. I have been in Charlotte for the past 19 years.
