  • I purchased a Jackson guitar from guitar center In April. Brought my Jackson guitar to guitar center in mesa Arizona early October to get fixed It has a one year warranty. 3 days later I followed up and the tech had the guitar open and suggested, upon review, it should probably be replaced under warranty. He was going to call fender to confirm. Another day passed with no response from guitar center so I decided to call fender to explore my options. They informed me guitar center Mesa is not certified and my warranty may now be negatively impacted as a result of having them handle my guitar. Don't assume guitar center techs are certified. Ask in advance.
