  • updated: found out they are not accredited by the BBB. Now I know why My wife and I went in to purchase a vehicle. We liked it and signed a purchase contract. It was Saturday, so the contract was based upon our acceptance of financial terms which they were going to get on Monday when the banks reopened. We waited all day Monday, no call. Finally I called and was told they were working on it. Two days passed, no call, so I stopped in and was told the same thing. Today, Friday, I called with approved financing but to my surprise they had already sold the car. It is so disrespectful and poor business practice to treat customers like this. They didn't care about contracts or customers, just the bottom line. I am obviously taking my money and going to a different dealership to purchase a vehicle. I will never buy from them again, and I beg that you not do it either. Why set yourself up to be treated this way? This is the first time I have seen car dealerships for what they really are and why they get such a bad rap in general. Definitely avoid this place.
