  • I used to love this nail salon. I would go here every 2 weeks for a gel manicure because it was a really great place to go to. Ever since they got new management, the service has gone down hill. I went in for a gel manicure over the weekend and it took 1 hr and 45 minutes and I had to remind my nail tech to file, push my cuticles back, etc, basically things that she should know how to do considering it is her job. You would think if a manicure took that long, your nails would look the best they ever did but nope, just mediocre. I need my nails short for work and she kept refusing to cut my nails and they are still too long so I will have to file them myself. The whole experience was frustrating and I will no longer be returning here.
