I was promised a few things after calling the customer service number & when I entered the store, most of it was untrue.
I have jump on demand and went in to get a new phone. I was advised that I would pay $0 and could walk out with a new phone the same day. truth be told, I actually needed to pay nearly $100 in taxes to get the phone I had been hoping for.
A few things were wrong with my account and McKayla went out of her way to call multiple reps, enter tickets to resolve my issues, emailed me the status on things in between, etc.
A few days later, I went back into the store and was able to walk out with the iphone 8+ for FREE, just like I was told! McKayla had to work through a few loopholes but managed to change my impression of T-mobile.
I left with a new phone, a case, tempered glass AND nearly a $200 bill credit, all thanks to her!
I highly advise that if you need anything, you go out of your way to this specific location and ask for McKayla.
she will take care of you 100%.
