  • We registered for our weddings gifts at the Bloor street location and it has been a TERRIBLE experience. I would not recommend that anyone else register for their wedding at this particular location if at the Bay at all. The customer service has been horrible. We have been kept waiting for EVERY appointment we made. The gifts went to various locations - some went to our house, some went to my parents house and some went to Post Offices. Some of the gifts came without any indication of who sent them. We have currently been waiting 25 minutes for our final appointment to pick up the lasts of the gifts that were not delivered and close out the registry. Again, I would NOT recommend anyone to their gift registries here.
