  • Best bar in North America. Sounds like it's busy on usual popular nights but we went on a Sunday night and there were maybe eight other people inside. Our bartender was the friendliest I've ever met, and knew exactly how to introduce us to new drinks that we would like based upon our tastes. Once we got going, he started waxing eloquent on the biochemistry of egg white proteins and we were immediately hooked. Also apparently Marilyn Manson has an absinthe called Mansinthe. Will have to try next time.
