  • Absolutely unacceptable! My boyfriend was in need of a quick haircut before work and I sent him to Fantastic Sams. His haircut was okay, what you would expect from a hair franchise. However, he was left with cuts all across his neck that are incredibly uncomfortable and bleeding. Josh the stylist may need more training or better tools. I will definitely not be referring anyone to this location again. When I called to I inform them of this, no solution was offered to remedy the problem. In a customer service town we expected better. Very disappointed!
