  • UGH. I have been going to this place for about 7 years now, both at the old location and the new one on Power Road. I have two ongoing issues. First is the attitude of the staff. Not all, but many of them, are rude and condescending at best. My other issue is with the clear inconsistency in the buys. It all depends on who is looking at your basket. I get so tired of things being "passed on" for no other reason than inexperience and inattention. The bonus is that when you walk in, there are usually 5-7 people working and yet it takes 1.5-2 hours to get a basket of clothes looked at. The one and only thing I was interested in purchasing today turned out to have a stain on it. I think I've made my last visit - will be heading to Kid2Kid from now on.
