| - I have spent close to $5000 on repairs for my subaru. I was told by Ganley that if all of these repairs were made, my car would last at least 100,000 more miles. The repairs were made in February 2016 and then I had a simple repair done in April 2016. After that was fixed, I was given a check off list showing everything on my car as 'good.' I brought the car back recently because it's idling very roughly. This time I was told my steering column was out, brake fluids need flushed, and this will cost over 2200. I ask what could have happened to the steering column, and Ray says it's the age of my car and this happened over a period of years. I then ask why did Ganley check off the steering column, brake fluids as 'good' in April. He said that maybe my steering column couldn't be properly visualized. Hmmm...then why check it off as 'good?' I did tell him to repair the transmission issue that was causing the idling. Guess what, my car still idles. Either your technicians are liars or incompetent, or both.
After this fiasco, I took my car to 2 different garages. Both said it looked like my engine mount is cracked. Why did you guys not notice this?
I'm very upset and disappointed. I will never recommend Ganley to anyone, and will never buy anything from this dealer. It's turned into a financial nightmare for me.
