  • I really enjoy my apartment at Roosevelt Point. I love the amenities, how close it is to my downtown campus, and how close it is to restaurants, shops, etc. How my apartment looked exceeded my expectations it's very modern. However, the two complaints I have is the parking and the maintenance. I frequently have people parking in my parking spot in the garage where they take a few hours to move even when I call the office, and they can't tow the cars because they pay to park there, so why are they parking in my spot? It's just an inconvenience for me. I also get annoyed with how long maintenance takes for example I live in building to and the elevator was broken for about 3 weeks before someone came and fixed it. Also the light above my apartment is out and I sent in a maintenance request to fix it and no one has fixed it yet, and it's been about a week and a half. Other than that Roosevelt Point is a very convenient place to live, especially if you do go to the downtown campus, and it's also close by to a lot of fun things to do. You will never be bored in the area.
