I bought a dishwasher from Lowe's this is the company that they sent out for warranty work. The red flag started when I made the first phone call. The lady on the other of the phone at this location was rude. I gave her a time that we will be home I was told that there will be there between 12 and two. I said why would you send somebody to a location that no one's going to be home. She says because it's more economical for us does not make sense when no one's going to be there. Reluctantly she agreed to send somebody after 2 o'clock.
The technician came out we were having a problem with it draining and drying the dishes. He did unclog the hose that was clogged took care of the draining problem. He then proceeded to tell my daughter the reason the dishes were not drying was because we did not run hot water before we started the dishwasher really are we that stupid. He said the heating element need hot water to work properly. It says heating element in the name of the freaking part.
From rudeness on the phone with customer service from technicians thinking customers are stupid I would never use this company even if they came out free again they would not be allowed in my house beware if you use them
