  • Although I like Dr. Shurtleff, after today, she will no longer be my primary care doctor. I had an appt. scheduled for 1:00pm, which I specifically asked for so that I could be the 1st patient in after lunch. I'm not a very "patient" person (haha, get it?) so I DO NOT like to be kept waiting forever, which Shurtleff has a tendency to do. It is now 2:30, the waiting room is packed and they have yet to call one person back yet. Once again, this doctor has wasted my time. I'll be taking my file and finding a more professional office that values their patients time as much as they do their own!
