  • I enjoy their dollar menu and it was nice to get the Sampler so I could try one of each. The sushi is pretty good, not the best in town, but they do interesting flavor and texture combinations. For example, the Poppers have a crunchy outside and cream cheese inside. The biggest downside is my plate didn't come with any ginger, as that would've helped me enjoy the Sampler platter more. The ambiance is trendy and cool. I also like that they advertise the Hooked app, which reminded me to get a $2 discount (always nice to save a little money). They have interesting art and chill music. Kofusion is a solid place to enjoy some sushi!
