  • This review is for the pharmacists at this Shoppers. The vet sent me to the pharmacy after my dog ingested chocolate, with a series of instructions to induce vomiting and then to soothe the dogs stomach. The pharmacists denied that they had any syringes, so my boyfriend and I had to use a small baby's ear suction tool as a syringe. Afterwards, they also told me directly that they did not sell activated charcoal, which was patently wrong, after I found it and showed it to them. They were, simply, frustrating obstacles in the time-sensitive treatment of my dog's emergency. Troubled by the incompetent service.
