  • The Iberico Ham. The cheese plate. The mixed cured meats. The spinach (Wow!). The grass fed Ribeye. The service. All of the above deserve five stars. I go back over and over. This is a fun location where you can enjoy watching the kitchen work, or watch the people walk around in front of the restaurant in the casino/hotel. I must admit some of the review I give Jaleo is due to the Cosmopolitan Hotel having _so_much_art_ installed all throughout. It is essentially a modern art gallery at the base of a hotel with a casino and fine dining throughout.
