Horrible customer service....run far far away from this place!! They may give you a good deal however they will certainly get their money from you in other scam style ways. First when you walk in the place, they pounce on you like car salesman and follow you around the store. Many things don't have prices and everything is done on a negotiating basis (you tell the salesperson what you want to spend and they go back and forth between you and the manager just like a car deal). This part I overlooked because they did end up giving me a good deal. However the customer service went WAY downhill from there. When I set up delivery, I requested it be around late afternoon/evening due to my work schedule and was told by the salesperson that would be fine because they work until 7pm. Then on the date of delivery I get a voicemail in the morning that the delivery driver is at my house. As soon as I was able , I called the driver but he said he already left and to call the store So I called the store and talked to the manager. He said to redeliver they'd charge another $50 (nowhere did it say this in initial paperwork!). I explained the issue and miscommunication on the part of the salesperson as I don't think I should be charged for their mistake. He said he'd look into it and call me the next day at the latest....needless to say NO CALL. If you're going to charge me, at least have the decency to call me back. Horrible follow through from management. If they didn't have a no cancellation policy, I would've cancelled our furniture right then and there but I was essentially stuck. Upon redelivery, my fiancé was home and they insisted we need to pay them the $50 but would only accept cash. Talk about shady, nor was this ever told to me when they mentioned the possibility of a delivery charge. So they actually had the nerve to make their delivery driver follow my fiancé to the bank to get cash. The delivery driver was so embarrassed and pleasant about it; it is the management I blame. If anyone knows a corporate number for this company, please let me know as I am currently pursuing this. They would not provide it to me and said they like to handle issues from the store level (which they clearly couldn't do anyways).
