This place is amazing on multiple fronts. A distinguished restaurant in a stylish location. Excellent Italian food. Perfect service. I can't remember having a better server in my whole life, I am serious, Paul killed it! He is a very friendly person. We had a really nice discussion about wine and beer - he is quite knowledgeable about the latter. He brought multiple samples so we could easily decide on what we liked best. During our lunch he was always there to tend our needs and make sure nothing was missing.
The food was excellent. I went with the bruschetta as the appetizer and I loved them. The tomatoes were fresh, properly prepared (seeds removed) and very well seasoned. The dish featured a freshly made basil pesto that lifted the dish to a whole different level.
Paul told us that their pizza was baked in a wood fire oven, so the decision for the main dish was pretty simple for me. A very appealing thing was that their oven has a window on the restaurant side and you can see how your pizza is being baked - a really nice touch! I went for the Prosciutto pizza and I do not regret it. The taste was astonishing. All the ingredients were fresh and and you could really taste the smokiness of the wood.
Everything was fine tuned for a perfect experience. When I'm back in Vegas this is a spot I will definitely revisit. Thank you for the wonderful experience! I had the time of my life.
