  • Very unique and educational experience. These folks know their spirits, and do a wonderful job of introducing a novel tasting method that works well in differentiating flavor profiles of whiskey. I am much more proficient in wine tasting but the usual method used for wine is not as effective with whiskey. I can say that the tasting method discussed at the Whisky Attic works, and works quite well! Also, this is just a straight-up fun time! Highly recommended!
