  • I have now been standing here since for over 20/25 minutes waiting for a to go order that I placed approximately 54 minutes ago. They told me 15 minutes over the phone and I have had to hover over the front desk and ask for the manager to get my food. It does not take this long to make 2 waffles and some eggs. Unacceptable. I will not be coming here again. Update: the manager had just offered me a free dessert ...but not the 30 minutes of my life I wasted waiting for waffles
